• Polyphony with 8 voices, each voice card being a changeable physical card.

For customers resident in a European Union country

The River is guaranteed for 2 years, parts and labor. It is important not to lose sight of the artisanal character of the instrument and of the company Baloran SAS: A major breakdown will be fully covered, transport costs included. Some eventual minor malfunctions can be solved by a partial disassembly / reassembly done by the customer in order to avoid a complete return of the machine: change of a voice card, change of The Triko. Documentation and an accessory kit are supplied with the replacement card.

For customers resident in a country outside the European Union (Switzerland, USA, Canada etc ...)

The River is guaranteed for 2 years, parts and labor. It is important not to lose sight of the artisanal character of the instrument and of the company Baloran SAS: A major breakdown will be fully covered, transport costs included up to 220€ per trip (440€ per return trip), the rest will be charged to the customer. The import taxes claimed by customs upon return of the instrument will be charged to the customer. Some possible minor malfunctions can be solved by a partial disassembly / reassembly done by the customer or the technician of his choice in order to avoid a complete return of the machine: change of a voice card, change of The Triko. Documentation and an accessory kit are supplied with the replacement card.

For the USA / CAN market, the instruments are equipped with a 110V / 120V power supply.

Baloran SAS will not be able to support an exceptional taxation of imports decided by the countries concerned.
